Dynemech Anti Vibration Tables - Series DITE-GN are ideal for Testing / Quality Laboratories co-located with industrial units having high degree of vibration due to working machines like presses, hammers, VMCs etc. The Vibrations are isolated using Double-Layered Dp Elastomeric Sheets. These Anti-Vibration Tables have a Granite Surface Plate with Grade-00/Grade-1 accuracy for very precise measuring accuracies. We can select up-to five layers of insulation plate depending upon the vibrations present in the Testing Laboratory. These Vibration Tables provide the most economical solution where high frequency vibrations need to be removed. The passive vibrations from nearby motors and other heavy machinery is reduced by 65-70%. The vibration isolation efficiency of these tables can be further increased by placing more than 2 layers of our Dp insulation Sheets. Five layers of DP exhibits a natural frequency of 7-8 Hz. which damps most of the incoming frequencies above 20 Hz.

A low carbon steel powder coated outer frame provides sturdiness to the structure of the table. The vibrations are isolated using Double-Layered Dp Elastomeric Vibration Isolation Sheets. We can select up-to five layers of vibration insulation plate depending upon the vibrations present, significantly reducing vibrations in the range of 70-95% depending upon the frequency of the incoming vibrations. This stack of the vibration insulation plate is tuned to low natural frequency and damps most of the incoming vibrations above 15 Hz. Optional sturdy castor wheels are also provided for heavy versions for easy relocation of the table. Description

Dynemech Anti-Vibration Table Series DIT-E-GSR is suitable for all types of measuring and testing equipment used in the labs and clean rooms. These tables have a levelling adjustable leg. By rota ng the nut, the level of the granite top can be maintained using precision spirit level/electronic level gauge. The top is made from a heavy granite slab which ensures rigidity and keeps the system stable and ensures lower natural frequency and high damping efficiency. The flatness accuracy of these granites is of grade ‘0’ or ‘00’ depending upon the application. The top surface of the granite slab is velvet finish to ensure smooth and lustrous finish. The frame of the table is made from the structural steel having grade IS 2062. Powder coating on the frame is done to maintain corrosion free service life of the table. A wrap-around cover is installed along the periphery to encase the insula on plates and give the table a sleek, finished appearance. The vibration isolation is achieved at 2 stages. The first stage is in the legs where the anti-vibration pads are assembled in the levelling leg which damps medium to high frequency vibrations. The second level of vibration isolation is achieved in 5 layered stacks of a special profiled vibration insula on plates. This stack of the vibration insula on plate is tuned to low natural frequency and damps most of the incoming vibrations above 15 Hz. Optional sturdy castor wheels are also provided for heavy versions for easy relocation of the table. Keyboard, CPU and monitor stands,. Drawers and cabinets can also be accommodated in these tables as per the application requirements. These tables undergo a modern manufacturing process and rigorous testing before being supplied to customers. The entire process is carried out in our dedicated in-house facility.

Dynemech anti-vibration table series DIT-E-GPW is suitable for all types of measuring and testing equipment used in the labs and clean rooms. The body of the table is made from low carbon steel powder coated outer frame provide sturdiness to the structure of the table. The natural frequency of this table is in the range of 1-1.5 Hz which damps out most of the vibrations above 3 Hz. Available self-levelling accuracy options are +/- 0.010 and +/- 0.10 with minimum setting time, depending upon the application requirement. These tables have a levelling adjustable leg. The first stage levelling is done by rotating the nut, the level of the granite top can be maintained using precision spirit level/electronic level gauge. The top is made from a heavy granite slab which ensures rigidity and keeps the system stable and ensures lower natural frequency and high damping efficiency.
