The vibrations are isolated using Pneumatic Air Mounts fitted with sophisticated height sensing levelling valves. These Anti-Vibration Tables have a Granite Surface Plate with Grade-00/ Grade-1 These Anti-Vibration Table have a Wooden PU Coated Outer Frame accuracy for very precise measuring accuracies. The system detects movement of load (like moving arm of CMM machine) on the surface plate and automatically fills/exhausts air to keep the surface plate levelled.
